FMC Ultrasound (Full Matrix Capture)
New ultrasonic imaging and processing technique, recently adopted by ASME BPVC Code Section V, which substantially improves the resolution of discontinuities.
TOFD Ultrasound
With this technique, the orientation (inclination) of the discontinuities is not very relevant, since it detects the "diffractions" of the tips. The images are displayed in a way very similar to a conventional radiograph.

Ultrasound as a Replacement for X-ray
This involves the mechanized combination of Phased Array and TOFD techniques, which, according to the ASME Code, can replace radiography on circumferential welded joints with a thickness of 12 mm or greater in tanks or pressure vessels. It is also valid for ASME B31.3 spools, API STD 650 atmospheric storage tanks, and API STD 1104 welded pipelines, among others.
Phased Array Ultrasound + TOFD + Visual
We can incorporate images of every millimeter advanced by the crawler, complementing the ultrasonic inspection with a visual inspection of the welds.

Thickness Measurement (Corrosion)
We can measure and evaluate the internal corrosion of parts and pipes, generating 3D images obtained from A-Scan, B-Scan and C-Scan.
