CALIBRATION LABORATORY

The technicians who perform the calibrations are qualified as Level 2 or 3 in Ultrasound (UT), Radiography (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Visual Testing (VT).

Our laboratory is in the process of accreditation by the INN according to NCh-ISO 17025:2017.

We perform verifications and tests on the following NDT equipment:

  • Coating Thickness Gauge (with Eddy Currents)

  • Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

  • Ultrasonic Fault Analyzers (Pulse-Echo)

  • AC or DC Magnetic Yokes

  • 10 lbs Magnetic Yoke Hammer

  • Welding Gauges (Gal Gauges and similar)

  • Ultrasonic calibration blocks (ASTM, ISO, AWS, IIW, ASME, API among others)

  • Stepped blocks for ultrasonic thickness gauge

  • Calibration gauges for coating thickness measuring equipment (with Eddy currents)
